It’s been a fun morning Potato Picking with Mr McCaw. We put our digging, raking and pulling skills in action as we dug up potatoes to sell at the Tractor Run. We were fascinated by all the different shapes and sizes and enjoyed sorting them into sets of ‘the same’. Mr McCaw is so knowledgeable, he taught us how potatoes grow and how you know when they are ready to be picked.
