The weather has hampered our afternoon on Day 3 of our P7 Edinburgh Trip, strong winds having forced the closure of Edinburgh Castle. Our morning at the fantastic Dynamic Earth thankfully wasn’t impacted, while Mrs George was able to find an alternative angle to take her customary portrait of the group with the Castle in the background.
We also managed to visit Greyfriars Bobby, and were able to locate some of the gravestones that inspired JK Rowling’s naming of characters from Harry Potter in the Kirkyard, before it was also closed due to the weather.
