KS1 put their sense of smell to the test this morning with a sense-sational investigation! They worked together in groups to smell a series of scent pots with the contents concealed. They had to agree on what they thought was in each pot before recording their predictions in a table. We thought about memories that we associate with certain scents and discussed which scents were strong or weak. We really enjoyed revealing what was in each pot and were surprised with some of the results. We’re glad Mr Cherry’s smelly socks are going back home today!
